Chilled sashimi-grade boneless salmon or trout steaks with skin from Norge: Seafood from Norway. These salmon and trout are grown in the icy cold waters all over the coast of Norway ranging from the county Rogaland in the south all the way up to Finmark in the north. Wmart flies in the freshest harvest every week.
Salmon from Norway is a sought-after product. Salmon has a mild, full and rich taste. The flesh is firm, orange-red with white marbling. Salmon can be simmered, roasted, grilled, baked, seasoned and is suitable in soups and casseroles. Smoked salmon can be used on a sandwich, in salads and omelets, with pasta or in a wrap.
Trout is known for its high quality. Trout have shorter muscle fibers in the fish meat than salmon. This results in a firmer texture and makes trout suitable for many kinds of dishes, for example raw sashimi or sushi, ceviche or poké/sushi bowls. It is excellent in soups and casseroles, and can be baked, grilled, marinated, seasoned or used in a wok.
