Wmart Delivery Policy
(a) We will deliver 3 to 5 working days after confirmation of payment delivery time range is 9am to 5pm. Delivery shall be made to the address specified by you on the completed form and therefore, kindly ensure all the information provided therein is accurate. For the avoidance of doubt, W Mart is not responsible for any undeliverable shipments due to incorrect or missing information provided by you.
(b) We will deliver your order to the main entrance of the delivery address. Delivery will be agreed with you at the time of placing your order. All goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 or above. Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
(c) In the event no one is available to receive the order at your nominated premises and after W Mart’s best effort in attempting to contact you at the point of delivery but to no avail, we shall bring the products back to our store and we will try to contact you again to arrange for another delivery but this shall be subjected to a further re-delivery fees of RM50.00 per trip which will be charged to your credit card or debit card. We reserve the right to cancel your order if should you fail to accept the goods at the nominated address after two (2) attempts of delivery of the goods at the said location and no refunds shall be made to you.
(d) Please take note that we shall not be held liable for any defects in the quality and/or freshness of the products delivered to you in situations of attempted delivery as the quality and/or freshness of the food may be compromised due to it being left outside for a certain period.
