Australian Blackmore Wagyu MB9+ Chuck Rib Diced Cubes 1kg+/-
The Wagyu chuck rib come from the front of the rib cage around the chuck section of the Wagyu cow. The meat from this area is less thick, with a thin layer of chewy fat (which can be trimmed off). Diced cubes from the chuck rib can be grilled, stir-fried or used in other dishes.
