Tajima was the 2017 Winner of “Grand Champion Wagyu Brand” at the Australian Wagyu Association Branded Beef competition against a field of 19 other Wagyu brands. Tajima's Wagyu cattle are raised in New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria. An exclusive Wagyu feeding operation feeds these Wagyu cattle 3 different specialised rations for a minimum of 350 days. The short loin is located behind the ribs.
