Marinated Lamb Shoulder Chops 4pcs

Wmart's lamb shoulder chops are marinated to save you time on prep work in the kitchen. Our marinade contains spices and other ingredients to infuse the chops with a variety of flavours.
The marinated chops can be grilled or cooked over a stove. To grill the lamb chops, preheat your grill to medium-high heat and brush the grates with oil. Remove the chops from the marinade, pat dry with paper towels, and grill for 3-4 minutes per side or until they reach the desired level of doneness.
Alternatively, if you prefer to cook your lamb chops using the stove, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a small amount of oil. Once the oil is hot, add the chops to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until browned. Reduce the heat to low and continue cooking until the lamb chops are cooked to your desired level of doneness, about 5-10 minutes longer depending on the thickness of the chops.
