Wagyu Tomahawk is basically a Wagyu Rib Eye steak with the bone left in. The meat is the same as the Rib Eye (which is also known as Entrecote), cut from the rib part of the steer. The rib cage muscles where the ribeye steak is cut from are barely used by the cow and that’s the reason why Tomahawk expensive. Tomahawk meat is incredible tender and rich in flavor.
