The shortloin steak, also known as a T-bone steak or a porterhouse steak, is a cut of beef that comes from the short loin of the cow. It is called a T-bone steak because of the T-shaped bone that runs through the center of the cut. One side of the bone is the strip steak, which is lean and flavourful, while the other side is the tenderloin, which is more tender and less fatty.

Wagyu shortloin steaks are known for their tenderness and rich flavour. This is a great cut if you prefer a bone-in steak. The steak can be grilled, broiled, or pan-fried.
