Kushiyaki is the combination of “kushi” (bamboo skewers) and “yaki” (grilled/fried).
Our Japanese Wagyu skewers offer the most tender beef, filled with umami flavours. When they’re grilled properly, they’re perfectly crispy on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth tender inside. The aroma of sizzling beef has its own term — ‘wagyuko’ — because it is especially delicious.
Japan is considered the best producers of Wagyu beef thanks to the unique genetics of Japanese Wagyu cattle, local environment, and the Japanese methods of raising cows.
