The Sou’Wester Coastal Blend Honey comes from hives that are located along approximately 50km of the south coast of New Zealand’s South Island. This coastline is home to hardy native plants and wild flowers that produce this special blend of honey. It is named after the area’s predominant wind from the southwest. As this is a seasonal honey, there may be some variation in taste from year to year.
