W Bakery’s sourdough panettone is crafted using a Lievito Madre base and 100% sourdough culture. We source only the finest ingredients: French Lescure butter, Japanese candied orange peel and flour, and California raisins. Each loaf is a true labour of love, taking three full days to create.
