These salmon and fjord trout are grown in the icy cold waters all over the coast of Norway ranging from the county Rogaland in the south all the way up to Finmark in the north. Trout-Salmon is known for its high quality. This fish comes from the trout family raised in the Norwegian Fjord where seawater and fresh water meet.
