Australian Mayura Platinum Wagyu Chuck Tail Flap 300-350g
The chuck tail flap comes from the shoulder and the bottom of the chuck roll. Its block is rectangular and weighs in at 1kg or less. Being around the short ribs, the chuck tail flap's beefy flavours are rich with a more chewy bite.
Mayura Station’s Platinum label Wagyu beef is well balanced between smooth marbling characteristics and distinguished flavours. High levels of marbling provide a wonderful juicy and tender eating experience.
