Australian Tajima Wagyu MB8-9 OP Rib 1.4-1.6kg
The OP Rib, or Oven-Prepared Rib, is a premium bone-in cut taken from the rib primal, specifically ribs 6 to 12. It includes the well-known ribeye but retains the rib bone, giving it a dramatic, tomahawk-like presentation.
