Our fresh whole salmon and trout-salmon in sashimi slices. These salmon and fjord trout are grown in the icy cold waters all over the coast of Norway ranging from the county Rogaland in the south all the way up to Finmark in the north. Wmart flies in the freshest harvest every week.
Salmon from Norway is sought-after for sushi. It has a mild, full and rich taste compared to trout. The flesh is firm, orange-red with white marbling.
Trout-Salmon is known for its high quality. This fish comes from the trout family raised in the Norwegian Fjord where seawater and fresh water meet. This results in a rich taste that makes salmon-trout suitable for many kinds of dishes, such as raw sashimi or sushi, ceviche or poké/sushi bowls.
